ملخص الدراسة
هدفت
الدراسة الحالية إلي التعرف علي دور الأنشطة اللاصفية في تنمية القيم الأخلاقية و
الاجتماعية و الوطنية لدى طلبة المرحلة الأساسية في مدارس وكالة الغوث بشمال قطاع
غزة من وجهة نظر معلميهم , والتعرف علي مدى الفروق بين متوسطات تقديرات معلمي
المرحلة الأساسية نحو درجة مساهمة الأنشطة اللاصفية في تنمية قيم الطلبة تعزى
لمتغير الجنس و سنوات الخبرة و المؤهل العلمي , والتعرف على سبل تفعيل دور الأنشطة
اللاصفية في تنمية قيم طلبة المرحلة الأساسية .
واستخدم
الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي , نظراً لمناسبته لأغراض الدراسة , بعد الاطلاع علي
الأدب التربوي اعد الباحث استبانه لمعرفة دور الأنشطة اللاصفية في تنمية قيم طلبة
المرحلة الأساسية , وتكونت من ثلاثة مجالات , وبلغ عدد الإجمالي لفقرات الاستبانة
(30) فقرة .
وتكون
مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمين و معلمات المرحلة الأساسية في محافظة شمال غزة
التعليمية , وتم تطبيق الاستبانة علي عينة عشوائية مكونة من (50) معلم و معلمة ,
وقد تم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام SPSS .
وقد
توصلت الدراسة إلي عدة نتائج أهمها :
1. الأنشطة اللاصفية تسهم في تعزيز الحرص على
الممتلكات المدرسية الخاصة والعامة بشكل كبير.
2. قلة تنمية الصبر والتروي عند مواجهة مواقف
محرجة.
3. تنمية القيم الاجتماعية تعمل زيادة تشجيع
الطلبة على التعاون والعمل الجماعي.
4. افتقار الحث على المشاركة في المؤسسات
الاجتماعية والاحتفالات المختلفة.
5. زيادة في تنمية الاعتزاز بالوطن والانتماء
إليه.
6. الافتقار من حضور اللقاءات والمحاضرات
السياسية والفكرية.
وقد
توصلت الدراسة إلي أهم التوصيات الآتية :
1.
ضرورة النظر في إمكانية
تخصيص حصة ، ومكان لممارسة الأنشطة اللاصفية في المدرسة لكل صف.
2.
ضرورة اتسام الجدول
المدرسي بالمرونة ليعطي الفرصة للطلاب لممارسة الأنشطة اللاصفية .
3. الاستفادة
من التجارب المحلية والدولية الناجحة في التوفيق بين ممارسة الطلاب للأنشطة
اللاصفية دون التغيب عن الحصص الدراسية.
4.
عقد دورات تدريبية
للمعلمين و المعلمات للتدريب علي تنظيم الأنشطة اللاصفية و ريادتها .
5.
ضرورة أن تقوم المدارس
بأخذ أراء الطلاب وإتاحة الفرصة أمامهم لاختيار النشاط المناسب لكل منهم .
6. وضع
دراسة حول مدى إمكانية توفير وظيفة معلم
مساعد يساعد المعلم في الإشراف على
الأنشطة المدرسية أو أخصائي أنشطة تربوية في كل مدرسة.
7.
إعداد دليل
للأنشطة المدرسية يستفيد منه المشرفين و المعلمين لإدارة الأنشطة .
ABSTRACT
The
present study aimed to identify the role of extra-curricular activities in the
development of moral values and
social and national among the students of primary stage in UNRWA schools in the
northern Gaza Strip from the viewpoint of their teachers , and to identify
the extent of the differences between the mean estimates of teachers in the
basic stage about the degree of contribution of extra-curricular activities in
the development of the values of
the students due to the variable sex and years of experience and
qualification, and to identify ways of activating the role of extra-curricular
activities in the development of the values of the basic education cycle .
The
researcher used the descriptive analytical method , due to its relevance for
the purposes of the study , after reviewing the literature, educational
researcher prepared a questionnaire to find out the role of extra-curricular
activities in the development of the values of the basic education cycle , and
consisted of three areas , and the number of total paragraphs of resolution
(30) paragraph .
The study
population consisted of all teachers and elementary teachers in the northern
Gaza Strip education , the questionnaire was applied to a random sample of 50
teachers and teacher, has been processing the data statistically using SPSS.
The
study found several results including :
1. Extra-curricular activities contribute
to strengthening diligence on the property of private and public school
dramatically .
2.
The lack of development of patience and prudence when faced with embarrassing
situations.
3. The
development of social work values encourage
students to increase cooperation and teamwork .
4. Lack of induction to participate in
social institutions and various celebrations .
5. An increase in the development of
national pride and belonging to him.
6. The lack of attendance of meetings and
lectures political and intellectual.
The
study found the most important to the following recommendations:
1. The need
to consider the possibility of a quota , and a place to practice
extra-curricular activities at the school for each row .
2. need flexible school schedule to give
students the opportunity to exercise extra-curricular activities .
3. Benefit from the experiences of local
and international successful in reconciling the practice of extra-curricular
activities for students without absences from classes.
4. Holding training courses for teachers
and teachers training to organize extra-curricular activities and leadership.
5. The need for the schools to take the
opinions of students and allow them to choose an appropriate activity for each
of them .
6. Make study about the possibility of
providing jobs teacher assistant helps the teacher in the supervision of school
activities or specialist educational activities at each school .
7. Preparation of a manual for school
activities benefit the teachers and supervisors to manage activities .
